Palakkad (Kerala) : A 17-year-old girl Wednesday died while answering her class 12 board exams in a Kerala town.
Aneesa Fathima, who collapsed in the examination hall at the A.S.M. Higher Secondary School at Alathur in Palakkad district, was reportedly suffering from cardiac problems. Palakkad is near the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border.
She collapsed within minutes of the start of the exam and was rushed to hospital. But she could not be saved, school officials said.
The class 12 exams began in Kerala Wednesday.
