New Delhi: Muslim organizations have in one voice condemned the dastardly serial blasts which claimed about 100 innocent people in the Pink City Jaipur on 13th May. They condoled the deaths and expressed sympathy with families of the victims.

Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH) has strongly condemned the bomb blasts. Nusrat Ali, JIH secretary general, condoled the loss of innocent lives and conveyed his deepest sympathies to the injured and the families of innocent victims.

In a statement released here today, JIH demanded that the government must order an immediate high level impartial inquiry in this unfortunate and anti-national incident and exemplary punishment should be given to the culprits. Ali added that the administration should desist from spreading any unsubstantiated information which may influence impartial inquiry and harm the communal harmony in the state and the country. He appealed to people to safeguard the atmosphere of harmony and to defeat the poisonous objective behind this terrorist act.

Markazi Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadees Hind has called the Jaipur bombings inhuman, barbarous and condemnable. In a statement, general secretary of the organization Maulana Asghar Ali Imam Mehdi Salfi said those behind the terrorist attacks want to sabotage peace and communal harmony in the country. Maulana Mehdi demanded the central and state government to conduct impartial enquiry into the attacks and bring the culprits to book. He urged people to maintain peace. He expressed his sympathy with the relatives of the victims.

Tamilnadu Muslim Munnetra Kazhagam (TMMK) also condemned the deadly serial blasts. In a statement TMMK president Prof. Dr. M.H. Jawahirullah said, “TMMK considers the perpetrators of this heinous crime as barbarians who have targeted innocent people and a place of worship of our Hindu brethren.” TMMK demanded that the real perpetrators of this crime should be booked and they should be awarded the highest punishment viz., capital punishment.

Similar deadly blasts have taken place in the past in various other cities of our country. Whenever such blasts take place, the police have gone on record saying that they have arrested the kingpin and other real accused connected with the crime. However, TMMK feels that since the real accused are not booked and for record the police hastily arrest innocent persons, such terrorist incidents takes place in city after city, said the statement. Taking into consideration this naked truth, the central government should constitute a Special Investigation Team comprising of upright officers and book the real accused connected with the Jaipur blasts, demanded TMMK.

The Aligarh Alumni Association of Metropolitan Washington (AAA) has strongly ondemned the heinous crime of deadly bomb blasts in the city of Jaipur. “We sincerely sympathize with the families of innocent victims,” said AAA statement. The organization appealed to the people of Jaipur to maintain peace and harmony and not to fall prey to the agenda of divisive forces. It urged the state and central governments to take immediate steps to apprehend the perpetrators of this crime and take necessary action to help maintain peace and harmony in the country.
