Gaza : A Hamas activist was killed early Wednesday by Israeli fire in Juhr Al-Deek district, eastern Gaza City.
Palestinian medical sources said the activist, identified as Mohammad Al-Bahabsa of the Ezzidin Al-Qassam Brigades, was killed by Israeli forces that had infiltrated the district.
The brigades, on its part, announced that the activist, a youth in his 20s, was killed while carrying out a “jihadist” operation, but gave no further details.
