Noida : Probing last week’s double murder here, police Thursday interrogated Anmol, a friend of teenager victim Arushi Talwar, even as officials said they were investigating the crime from all possible angles.
Anmol was picked up at 7.00 a.m. after details of calls made to and by Arushi showed the two had talked 688 times in the past month.
Noida Senior Superintendent of Police A.S. Ganesh told reporters that the murders of Arushi and the family’s domestic help Hemraj last week were being investigated by the investigating teams of the Special Task Force (STF) and the Noida police on “professional lines”.
“We are corroborating the scientific and circumstantial evidence to work out the murder case,” he said.
