New Delhi : India took a 36-run first-innings lead over Australia, bowling them out for 577 on the fourth day of the third cricket Test, at the Feroz Shah Kotla here Saturday.
India had made 613 for seven declared in their first innings.
Michael Clark (112) top scored for Australia before being caught off Amit Mishra.
Virender Sehwag (5-104) took his first five-wicket haul in Tests while skipper Kumble took 3 for 112.
India will now bat the remaining 13 overs of the day in the second innings.
