By Xinhua,

Washington : U.S. President George W. Bush announced Friday that citizens of South Korea, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Slovakia will enjoy visa waiver to travel to the United States.

“In about a month, we’ll be proud to extend to citizens of these seven countries the privilege of visa-free travel,” Bush announced in the White House.

The seven countries have reached such agreements with the United States on the visa waiver issue.

The United States expects travelers from Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Poland and Romania would enjoy the same benefit, Bush said.
