Brussels : The heads of state and government of the 27 member states of the European Union (EU) plan to come together for a special meeting Nov 7 in Brussels to discuss the global financial crisis, a statement from the French EU presidency said Thursday.
The meeting would be in the form of an informal lunch in Brussels to prepare for the financial crisis summit scheduled to take place in Washington Nov 15.
