Tehran : Festival focusing on Imam Reza (AS), the eighth Imam of Infallible Household of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), called Razavi Festival will be held in eight other countries, in addition to Iran.
According to IRNA, Governor General of Khorasan Razavi province Mohammad Javad Javadi said on Wednesday at a meeting of the provincial Public Culture Council that the festival should be organized in India, Pakistan, Azerbaijan Republic, Lebanon and Bahrain.
However, the content of the festivals should be carefully viewed so that it would be able to forge a proper communication with the devotees of Imam Reza (AS).
He further said that superior works on the Imam should be ordered for production.
Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) should take the initiative in the field, he said, adding that if this happens, several top works on the subject will be created within one or two years.
