Islamabad : At least three people were killed and 15 injured in a missile attack targeting militant hideouts in northwestern Pakistan’s tribal area Monday, the Express News reported.
A US drone fired several missiles targeting an Islamic religious school in Miranshah in North Waziristan tribal region, said the report.
According to the Geo TV channel seven guided missiles had been fired from US spy planes in Miranshah and adjoining areas. Several people were killed in the attack, the channel said.
Four children were killed Friday as a US drone pilotless plane fired missiles in North Waziristan. Pakistan had lodged a strong protest against the attack.
