Tehran : First International Conference on Quranic and Islamic Radios will be held at Islamic Republic of Iran
Broadcasting’s (IRIB) Conferences Hall from October 28-31.
The secretariat of the event has issued a call-up inviting all media experts to take part in the gathering.
Topics for discussion at the conference include review of performance of religious and Quranic media, taking advantage of modern technologies in Islamic and Quranic fields, modern planning methods and evaluating influence of Islamic and Quranic radios.
Problems faced by radios in information dissemination, mechanism for attracting new audience, Quranic thought in media and interaction among the radios are among other subjects to be discussed during the event.
Those interested in taking part in the conference should submit their works not later than September 21.
