Todd Palin, the aspirant’s husband and one of the 13 people mentioned by the legislature of Alaska to clarify the case, refused to testify with the pretext that he did not believe the investigations were legitimate, said US newspaper USA Today Saturday.

Similarly, employees of the Alaska governmental office refused to attend the court.

Analysts highlighted that Republican presidential candidate John McCain, appointed and sent a team of lawyers to help Sarah Palin handle the analysis until the elections of November 4 are held.

The Palin investigation responds to an accusation of her former security commissioner, Walt Monegan, who alleged that the aspirant fired him because he refused to take a former brother-in-law of hers from active service.
