New Delhi : The temperature in the national capital will rise in the days to come but Delhiites can expect a few showers on Saturday evening or at night, the weatherman said.
“There will be partly cloudy sky and there is a possibility of rain towards the (Saturday) evening or night,” an official of the Safdurjung Meteorological office said.
The maximum temperature Friday was recorded at 24 degrees Celsius and the minimum at 11.5 degrees Celsius.
Over the past four days, temperatures have been gradually rising but the weather has been nippy as humidity has remained high.
The maximum temperature in the coming days will hover around 22 degrees Celsius and the minimum will be around 14 degrees Celsius, the official said.
There was a mild fog cover Saturday early morning and visibility was recorded around 800 metres. The official said there is a likelihood of shallow fog cover in the following days.
