Jammu : A soldier was killed in the Poonch sector of Jammu and Kashmir in firing from across the Line of Control (LoC), army sources said Monday.
Mohinder Singh of 8 Kumaon fell to a bullet fired from across the LoC late Sunday.
Army sources said it was not clear whether the firing was from militants trying to intrude into Indian territory or Pakistani troops.
