Raipur : Seven suspected Maoist guerrillas were killed in a gunbattle with police in a forested hamlet of Chhattisgarh Tuesday.
The gunfight broke out in Kistaram area of Dantewada district in the violence-hit Bastar region, some 500 km south of state capital Raipur, a senior police officer said.
