AMU professor elected president of Indian Psychiatric Society’s Central Zone

Patna: Professor R.K. Gaur, a senior Psychiatrist at Department of Psychiatry, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College of Aligarh Muslim University, has been unanimously elected as president of Indian Psychiatric Society’s Central Zone which comprises four states – Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Chhattisgarh.

He assumed the office as president on the occasion of 31st Annual conference of Indian Psychiatric Society, Central Zone held at Orchha, Jhansi.

Prof. Gaur has participated in several national and international seminars and conferences and written a number of research papers which were published in various national and international magazines.
