New Delhi : The Indian hockey team will tour Canada for a seven-match Test series starting Oct 9.
India will play their first two matches in Victoria Oct 9 and 11 and then move to Vancouver for the rest of the series Oct 14, 16, 18, 21, 24, Hockey India said in a statement Wednesday.
The women’s team will compete in the Asia Cup at Bangkok Oct 30-Nov 8. The training camp for the core group of probables will start at Bhopal Sep 7.
India will also take part in the Under-18 Boys Asia Cup to be held at Yangon, Myanmar, Nov 14-22.
Also, the training camp for the core group of men’s probables for the Commonwealth Games 2010 will be held at Balewadi, Pune, Sep 7-Oct 2.
