Kerala MSM’s Qur’an exam on 13th September

Malappuram: The Qur’an Knowledge Exam organized by the Mujahid Students’ Movement, students’ wing of the Kerala Nadvathul Mujahideen, will be held on 13th and 18th of this month. The exam is organized as part of the campaign ‘Holy Qur’an: Pathlight for the humanity’.

The primary exam on 13th will be held in 500 centres all over Kerala. Those winning the primary exam will be selected for the final exam to be held on 18th. The first three rank-holders will be awarded cash awards worth Rs 10,000, Rs 5000 and Rs 3000 respectively in addition to other prizes.

About 10,000 men and women including professionals and students are expected to write the exam. The exam is based on the explanation of surahs Al Anfal and Al Thaubah (eighth and ninth suras) given by the famous Qur’an scholar Muhammed Amani Moulvi in his Qur’an Thafseer.

Ramazan Mega quiz, Qur’an Padanashibiram (teaching of Qur’an), poster display and ifthar meets will be organized for the general public and students as part of the campaign. This is the 13th Qur’an Knowledge exam conducted by the MSM, informed the office-bearers of the organization in the press conference.
