Indore : At least five people, including a woman, were killed and an equal number injured when the SUV in which they were travelling collided head on with a speeding truck at Dewas Gate near here, police said Sunday.
The collision took place late Saturday when the car was on its way to Bhopal from Indore. All those killed were among the ten passengers in the SUV and died on the spot.
Those killed have been identified as Rajkumar Pandey, Amul, Bhushan, Srikant and Nirmala Devi.
“The truck has been seized. We are looking for the driver who is absconding,”
