Mumbai: Valentine’s Day and the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) don’t really go well together. But the party’s vice president is all set to release a music album on love on the eve of Valentine’s Day Saturday.
“The song in Hindi is from my forthcoming Hindi movie ‘Juloos’, the ‘muhurat’ (launch) of which will be held at midnight Friday,” said an excited Vageesh Saraswat, MNS vice president.
The highlight will be a song “You Are My Valentine”, which is said to be based on “Unending Love” – a poem penned by Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore.
Saraswat said that love is a universal concept and goes beyond national, political or ideological boundaries. Through the song, an attempt would be made to immortalise the saga of love for all times.
“Juloos”, with a big starcast drawn from Hindi, Marathi and Bhojpuri film industries, will start rolling from Saturday after the launch at midnight, he said.
It has been produced by Parth Creations and is being directed by Saraswat.
