The show, for which Armani provided several outfits, took place just a couple of weeks after Armani showcased his autumn/winter designs at Milan Fashion Week, reported contactmusic.com.

Stars including Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Kimberly Walsh, Alexandra Burke, Dame Shirley Bassey, Linda Evangelista and Geri Halliwell strutted their stuff on the runway wearing outfits by Armani, the late Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood and Dolce and Gabbana to help the earthquake-stricken nation.

The show was rounded off with flashing light display in which around 30 models hit the catwalk sporting only nude briefs to showcase the new Emporio Armani /Reebok sneaker collection.
