By IRNA,
Tehran : Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mihman-Parast said Tuesday that Iran-US cooperation on medical and humanitarian activities was nothing new.
Speaking at his weekly press conference, he said, “As Iranians made plenty of progresses in the field of medical science, one of the US states voiced willingness to share Iranian experience to this end and this is not something new.”
Referring to Iran’s peaceful nuclear activities, the spokesman said, “Iran’s nuclear case is closed now and there is nothing left for talks. The remaining issues are related to Iran’s proposed package and that we are waiting for the other side’s answer.”
Mihman-Parast reiterated that Tehran had responded to the remaining issues with the International Atomic Energy Agency, a reference to Modality Plan signed by Iran and the IAEA to resolve the outstanding issues consistent with Iranian nuclear program.
He said that no evidence has been provided by other side indicating that the country’s peaceful nuclear activities have been deviated from civilian purpose.
The spokesman stressed that no politicized approach would lead to a solution for the issue of Iran’s peaceful nuclear program.
He noted that Tehran would pursue its peaceful nuclear program on a “normal way”.
