Ranchi: D.K. Tewary, a 1986 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) official, has been appointed as the principal secretary of Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda, a press statement said Friday.
Tewary is currently working as the health department secretary.
Munda Friday inducted nine more ministers in his cabinet taking its total strength to 12.
