By TCN News,

Lucknow: The Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court has issued directives for court staffers, lawyers, litigants and media persons for September 30 – the day the Bench will pronounce the much-awaited Babri Masjid/Ram Janambhoomi title suit.

All the lawyers have been requested to follow the directions of the security agencies in larger public interest and carry with them the Identity Card issued by the Oudh Bar Association. The Registrar of Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court has appealed to lawyers, who have no listed matters on that date, not to come to the Court premises on Sep 30.

Only those litigants, whose matters are listed on that date, will be allowed to enter the Court premises, and that too on a Special Pass that will be provided to them.

The Bench has also issued some specific directions for the Court Room where the Babri verdict will be pronounced.

Entry to the Court Room, in which the judgment is to be pronounced, will be restricted only to the parties and their lawyers, who will be given Special Passes on that date. Mobile phones will not be allowed to be taken inside the Court Room.

No staff members except those directly connected with the Court proceedings will be allowed entry into the Court where the judgment is to be pronounced. Staff members of the court have been requested not to bring their vehicles inside the court premises on the said date. The only exception will be judges’ cars, official cars, cars of officers of the rank of Joint Registrar/OSD and above.

The High Court has made special appeal to and arrangement for the media.

The press/media have been requested not to speculate about the judgment until they have a copy of the issues answered by the court and the operational part of the order.

For the assistance of the press/media special arrangements have been made in the Collector’s Compound by the District Administration.

A special website www.allahabadhighcourt.in/ayodhyabench.html will be made available on which the gist of the issues, the operational part of the order and final judgment will be available
