Ahle-bait and companions of the Prophet help spread the message of Islam: Conference

    Lucknow: Eminent cleric from Saudia Arabia, Sheikh Abdul Ghani Al-Baqri stated on Sunday that Islam is alive because of the contribution of Progeny of Prophet Mohammad and also because of the assistance given by the companions of the Prophet. He was speaking as Chief Guest at the Annual Conference of All India Azmat-e-Sahaba wa Ahlebayt at Ramadheen Guest House on Sunday.

    He said that there was no such difference between the progeny and the companions of the Prophet as both of them were spreading the message of Islam. “They always spoke about the peace and prosperity in the society,” he added. He added that their main work was to spread the message of the Allah and they did it throughout their life.



    Another cleric from Britain, Sheikh Abdul Hadi in his address stated that the present government of the world should learn lesson from the Caliphs of the Islam which showcases the excellent examples love and justice with the people. “One can observe that during their period brotherhood was remarkable,” he added.

    He stated that presenting Islam in its true picture was the important work of the Companions which was efficiently done by them during their lifetime. “The progeny and companions of Prophet Mohammad jointly contributed in spreading the message of Islam,” he added.

    He informed that both of them were related to each other and used to live with brotherhood as a result they presented the true picture of Islam and also played their important roles for protecting religion from various dangers during that time.



    Also present on the occasion, renowned Muslim Cleric, Shahabuddin Madani said that the companions always opposed any type of discrimination and also kept them away from it too. “The companions were the first section who acquired the true knowledge of Islam and also explanations too,” he added.

    Several other Muslim clerics were also present on the occasion.
