On board PM’s Special Aircraft : Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Saturday said he was not disturbed by the opposition and civil society attacks in the wake of alleged corruption scams dogging his government.
“Well, I am not disturbed (by such criticism),” Manmohan Singh told reporters on way back home from a five-day, two-nation trip to China and Kazakhstan.
He was replying to a question on how much he had been disturbed by the attacks in the last few months, criticising him for large-scale graft scams like in the Commonwealth Games and allocation of the 2G spectrum.
“I have always believed that when winter comes, can spring be far behind,” he said, smilingly.
