Islamabad : At least 10 policemen were Monday injured in a blast at a police station in Pakistan’s northwestern Peshawar city, Xinhua reported.
According to initial reports, the blast occurred at the arms depot of the police station in the Gul Bahar area of Peshawar, the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Witnesses said a fire engulfed the upper portion of the police building after the blast. The injured were shifted to local hospitals.
The cause of the blast was not immediately known.
