New Delhi : The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has opened a school of gardening.
This has provisions for a workshop for repair of garden machinery, a class room for 40, a conference room, and an office cum library, Minister of State for Home M. Ramachandran told the Lok Sabha in a statement.
