Kabul : A suicide bomber blew himself up Friday morning in Afghanistan’s Khost city, killing nine people and injuring 30, a police official said.
The incident occurred in the capital of Khost province, 150 km southeast of Kabul, Xinhua reported. “A suicide bomber blew himself up near a police checkpoint,” the official said. Most victims were civilians.
