Ahmedabad : Tata Teleservices, a telephone and broadband service provider, Tuesday said it will invest Rs.500 crore in Gujarat for third generation (3G) mobile phone services and for expanding the physical infrastructure, including base towers.
“The investment is also for the creation of infrastructure for internet bandwidth for various government and private projects,” the company said in a press release. The company has a pan-India presence in 23 circles offering both CDMA and GSM services.
The company said it was working with several large companies, government departments, state-run enterprises and multinational customers offering voice, data and integrated solutions.
