Washington : “I believe this will be my last entry,” wrote Anders Behring Breivik July 22, a day on which he carried out twin attacks in Norway leaving over 90 people dead.
The 32-year old ethnic Norwegian Saturday confessed to killing at least 85 people on the Utoya Island Friday evening. Breivik is also believed to have been one of those linked to the Oslo bombing, which left seven people dead.
In a document titled “2083: A European Declaration of Independence”, it becomes clear that Breivik had become more business-like from July 2 onwards.
“The old saying ‘if you want something done, then do it yourself’ is as relevant now as it was then,” CNN cited him as writing in the manifesto.
“In many cases; you could do it all yourself, it will just take a little more time. AND, without taking unacceptable risks. The conclusion is undeniable.
“I believe this will be my last entry. It is now Fri July 22nd, 12.51.”
Hours later, he unleashed a savage attack whose magnitude Norway had not seen in decades.
