Lucknow : Supporting yoga guru Baba Ramdev’s fast against illegal wealth stashed in foreign banks, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Thursday alleged that the Congress will be exposed if the list of people with black money is made public.
“I think if the list of black money account holders is released, the Congress will have a black face and they will not be able to show it,” BJP president Nitin Gadkari told reporters here.
“Several countries like the United States and Germany have taken action against the black money account holders, but the Congress-led government hasn’t done anything during its last six years’ regime,” he said.
Baba Ramdev has threatened to go on a fast unto death in Delhi from Saturday against black money stashed in banks abroad.
“We support Ramdev’s demands and will include it in our political resolution (at the two-day executive meeting beginning here Friday),” Gadkari added.
