Nagpur: Sachin Tendulkar struck his 48th ODI century before India crashed losing nine wickets for just 29 runs to be bowled out for 296 in 48.4 overs against South Africa in a key World Cup Group B match here Saturday.
Tendulkar was the top scorer with 111 while Virender Sehwag (73) and Gautam Gambhir (69) came up with valuable knocks. Fast bowler Dale Steyn wrecked the middle-order with his five for 50.
