New Delhi : The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) Friday served notice for a discussion on Tuesday on the WikiLeaks expose on alleged pay-offs to MPs to win a parliamentary trust vote in 2008.
The notice were given to the Lok Sabha secretariat in the names of Leader of Opposition Sushma Swaraj, Bharatiya Janata Party leader Yashwant Sinha and Janata Dal-United leader Sharad Yadav, according to NDA sources here.
The BJP-led NDA has been fuming over the presiding officers of the Lok Sabha and the Rajya not permitting them to seek clarifications Friday from Prime Minister Manmohan Singh after he made identical statements in the two houses denying the pay-off allegation made in US diplomatic cables as exposed by WikiLeaks.
