Two Pakistani Hindus get bail in grave digging case

Islamabad : A Pakistani court Thursday granted bail to two Hindus, accused of digging graves and stealing bones, on surety bonds of Rs.20,000 each, Online news agency reported.

Police arrested the two Hindu brothers — Krishan and Cheatan — for excavating graves in Gaddap town graveyard and stealing the bones of the deceased.

On Thursday, the police presented them before Judicial Magistrate(West) Ashfaq Ali Nizamani amid tight security.

Their lawyer submitted a bail plea which the court accepted.

The incident came to light when people visited the cemetery on Eid.
