China pledges $1 mn for Pakistan security agencies

Islamabad : China will give eight million yaun (about $1.2 million) to Pakistan to help improve the efficiency of its security agencies.

It was announced at a joint press conference by Chinese Vice Prime Minister Meng Jianzhu and Interior Minister Rehman Malik here Tuesday, the official APP news agency reported.

Meng said China will also provide equipments for capacity building of Pakistan’s security agencies.
