Iranian leader asks Muslims to remain vigilant

By IANS,

Tehran : Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei Sunday urged Muslims all over the world to remain vigilant against the conspiracies of their enemies, Iran’s state-run Press TV reported.

“The issues of the Muslim world at the current juncture are unprecedented ones. These developments that have occurred in the Muslim world are peculiar and shocking and will determine the course of the Muslim people in the future,” Khamenei told worshippers during Eid-ul-Fitr prayers at Tehran University.

Khamenei described the US and Israel as “enemies of the Muslim nations” and said the enemies “further complicate their plots against Muslims day by day”.

He said the enemies have not been able to overcome the resolve of the Muslims.

A new era has begun and the Muslim world is experiencing a new condition, which will affect the lives of all nations throughout the globe, the leader said.
