Bhopal : A 13-year-old girl was gang-raped by three people in Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh, police said Sunday.
Among the three accused, two are minors and one is a railway booking clerk.
“The two 16 and 17-year-old boys forcibly brought the minor girl with them to the house of Lakhesh Bamya, a railway booking clerk. They later raped her one by one. The medical examination of girl has been done and all the three accused have been arrested,” O. P. Tiwari, police officer told reporters.
The incident took place in Chhindwara’s railway colony area.
This is the sixth gang rape case that has surfaced across the state in the last fortnight. Earlier, three such cases took place in the financial capital Indore and one each in Shivpuri and Bhopal.
