Students of MES Indian School on educational trip to Dubai

Dubai: Eleven students of The MES Indian School of Doha, Qatar recently visited Dubai as part of the friendship and educational exchange program.

The team of seventeen included Aldrin James, Muhammed Yazeen, Saad Riaz, Arif Mohammed Abu Bakkar, Anant Vimal Kumar, Azim Zubair, Ashik Muhammed Abu Bakkar, Morwin Mathew Pereira, Sidhanth Manoj, Sonu Chellu Boina, Deepak Raj Karickal, Ruby Mary James, Mitchelle Xavier, Malania Xavier, Anoushka Vailankanni, Fathima Thanveer, and Mohsina Fathima.



Delegation of students was accompanied by Mrs. Rosy Johnson and led by Shakil Ahmed Kakvi reached UAE for their friendship and educational exchange program.

The team met Mrs.Habiba Al Marashi, Chairperson of the Emirates Environmental Group (EEG) at her office as a part of the exchange program. Mrs Marashi stressed on the importance of the ‘Three Rs” Reduce, Reuse and Recycle during the meeting with the students.



The team visited the recycling unit, attended an educational environmental lecture, and participated in a discussion with the EEG. The team was then offered the EEG’s magazine printed on recycled paper.

The team will be visiting the Central School Dubai and places of historical and educational importance in the UAE.
