New Delhi : A 25-year-old woman was Monday molested by a staff member in a hospital here, police said.
The incident took place in Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital in north Delhi’s Mangolpuri.
“The woman alleged that male nurse Suresh assaulted her physically on the pretext of a check-up,” police said.
The police said that the victim, a resident of Nangloi, came to hospital in the morning for treatment of stomach ache and was admitted to the intensive care unit.
A molestation case has been registered.
