Bogota: At least three people were killed, including a two-year-old girl, and as many injured when a grenade exploded in Colombia’s Magdalena state, Xinhua reported Tuesday.
According to police official Fredy Tibaduiza, the incident occurred late Monday when a grenade was apparently lobbed at a house in Cienaga city by drug traffickers to settle a score.
Witnesses said they saw two men on a motorcycle throwing the grenade at a group of people as they were leaving the porch.
Police said the attack resembled others in the area involving turf fighting between rival drug trafficking gangs.
