President Pranab Mukherjee Tuesday visited the refurbished Vivekananda and Tagore Suites which have been decorated with paintings, artifacts and pieces of classical furniture collected from different parts of the presidential palace.

The suites are meant for use by guests of the president, officials said in a statement.

To help the president interact with vice-chancellors, faculty and students of Universities for which he is the visitor, a new room for video conferencing has been set up.
