Abu Dhabi: Quaide Millath Forum ( QMF ) a wing of Indian Union Muslim League Tamilnadu has organised a reception to Tamilandu State Women convenor Prof Thasreef Jahan on 9 August 2013 Friday at Abu Dhabi.
QMF Vice President Kalamaruthur Samsudeen Hajiyar presided over the function. Organizing Secretary Lalpet Abdul Rahman in his introductory speech spoke about QMF and the visiting partly women convenor.
Thasreef Jahan is the former principal of Meenakshi Government college for women in Madurai. She is also the vice president of Federation of Muslim Women Aid Societies of Tamilnadu and secretary of Madurai District Muslim women and society.
Thasreef Jahan in her speech, thanked the organizers for their warm reception and requested the organizers to strengthen the party’s women wing in Tamilnadu and to support the needy.
Several other QMF office bearers were also present in the reception programme, where Thasreef Jahan was honoured with momento.
