Gurgaon: A team of Indian players with disabilities defeated their counterparts from Pakistan by 18 runs in a friendly T-20 match played at Tau Devi Lal Stadium here on the occasion of World Disability Day.
Winning the toss and choosing to bat first, the Indian team scored 138 for 9 in 20 overs.
Dedu scored 25 runs off 15 balls. Indian captain Ravi Patil made 17 runs off 17 balls.
Chasing the target of 139 to win, Pakistan was all out for 120. Captain Tauheer made 35 runs, off 20 balls.
Utpal, who scored 25 runs for India and took a wicket for his team, was declared man Of the match.
The 19-member Pakistani team had reached the capital Monday evening on the Delhi-Lahore bus for the match.
A cricket team from India had visited Islamabad for a match last year and had returned victorious.
