New Delhi: A 21-year-old polytechnic student committed suicide by hanging himself at his house here, said police Thursday.
Brijesh Bist’s body was found hanging from a ceiling fan in his house in Bhagwati Garden area in west Delhi’s Uttam Nagar around 9.30 a.m.
“No suicide note was recovered from his possession. Police is yet to establish the exact reason behind his extreme step,” said a police officer.
Bist was pursuing final year course in electronic trade from Marathwada Institute of Technology (Polytechnic) situated in west Delhi’s Mundka area.
