New Delhi: Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi will address election rallies in Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Jammu and Kashmir and Odisha from April 11, a release said Wednesday.
According to the release issued by Rahul’s office, he will address a public meeting in Doda in Jammu and Kashmir April 11 as part of the party’s campaign for the ongoing Lok Sabha election.
It will be followed by two poll speeches at Akbarpur and Shahjahanpur, both in Uttar Pradesh. His day would end with a road show in Rampur in the same state.
According to the release, Rahul will file his nomination papers from Amethi the next day.
It added: “Rahul will hold an election rally at Jagatsinghpur in Odisha April 14. He will then head to Maharashtra, campaigning in Latur and Shirdi.”
April 15, the Congress leader will woo voters in Pune and Hingoli in Maharashtra, before heading for a public rally in Agra in Uttar Pradesh.
