New Delhi : A week after being expelled from the AAP’s key decision making body for anti-party activies, senior leaders Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav wrote an open letter on Wednesday, attacking party chief Arvind Kejriwal on various fronts.
The two also stuck a conciliatory note, saying they were not hankering after any post and will keep working for the party.
In the five-page letter in Hindi, the two again raked the issue of the party being one-man centric. In the National Executive meeting on March 4, Bhushan and Yadav were ousted from the AAP’s Political Affairs Committee.
“We raised some institutional issues but were charged with fictitious allegations. We worked for the soul and the unity of the party but we were accused of sabotaging the party,” they said.
Describing the allegations of being anti-party as laughable, the two said it had become imperative to respond to the charges levelled by the leaders close to Kejriwal.
