Azamgarh: In order to acquaint people with Muslim Personal laws, Jamiat ul Falah, a renowned madrassa located at Bilariya Ganj in Azamgarh district is going to organize a two day seminar on Islamic family laws.

The seminar will be held on November 5 and 6 which will be attended by Maulana Sayyed Jalaluddin Ansar Umri, deputy secretary of All India Muslim Personal law Board, Mohammad Jafar of working committee and many noted Muslim women speakers.
The program will also be addressed by Director of Shibli Academy, Prof. Ishteyaque Ahmad Zilli and Maulana Mohammad Nusrat, vice president of Jamat-e-Islami.
The issues to be discussed in the seminar are – “rights of women and Islam”, “Protection of Islamic family laws and responsibilities of women”, “Instructions and legalities of separation and divorce”, “how to resolve family conflicts?- Darul Qaza or Court” and “polygamy”.
Maulana Mohammed Tahir Madani, Director of Jamiatul-Falah said,” The fact that family laws in Islam ensure mercy and peace, will be accepted by common people only when it will be exemplified by our homes. The purpose of two day seminar at Jamiat Ul Falaah is to bring out the merits of Islamic family laws and to generate a spirit of its sincere practice.”
