New Delhi : The week began on a muggy note in Delhi with the minimum temperature a notch above average at 26.7 degrees Celsius Monday. The weather office said rains were expected later during the day.
“Skies will remain partly cloudy with possibility of thunder and rains in some parts of the city later in the day. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 34 degrees,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and minimum humidity levels were between 94 percent and 69 percent respectively.
Delhi has received 10.6 mm of rainfall till Monday 8.30 a.m., taking the total this season to 445.5 mm.
