Patna: The Healthcare Department of Munger-based Rahmani Foundation will organize an eye camp in Munger on 12th and 13th February where contact lenses will be fitted in the eyes of the needy patients for free. The organizers are making preparation for the mega camp where about 1000 patients will get the lenses.
Apart from getting the lenses and medicines free, the patients will get free food and lodging also at the camp. Eye specialists Dr Abid Akhtar (Ranchi) and Dr Mohan Lal Singh (Hazaribagh) will render their services.
This will be 23rd eye camp by the Foundation. Registration for check-up is going on. Besides holding eye camps, the Healthcare Department of Rahmani Foundation has been providing facilities for medical treatment at regular basis since 1996. Vaccines of different types are also given here.
