Bhopal : The Van Vihar National Park have released over 100 snakes into the wild.
These snakes had been trapped over the past one month following tip offs from residents of Bhopal, Van Vihar director J.S. Chouhan told IANS.
“We tell people that not every snake is poisonous. Now people do not kill the snakes they spot and instead inform us,” Chouhan said.
“But as we do not have enough space and facilities, we have to release them,” he added.
